We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased in the last 30 days and be in the same condition as you received it in, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (order email confirmation is fine!)

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have been sent the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.



We will inform you via email immediately after we have received and investigated your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund, which will be processed through to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Am I given a tracking number?

Following your order, you will be sent a tracking number with all shipping details to enable access to the whereabouts/update of your package.

Once you have received your tracking number, please wait up to 2 days for it to show up in the system.

What are your processing times?

We ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase date.

My tracking number is showing up as unavailable?

Please allow up to 72 hours for your shipment to be shown in the system. Once your item is in transit, your tracking number will update automatically.

I have not been sent my tracking number?
