Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer order cancellation as long as we haven't sent your order out already which could range from an hour to 24 hours.
How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to initiate a return and if you are eligible for a return.
Do you need to purchase additional equipment?
No extra equipment is required, everything needed comes with your package.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an automated email providing you with your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, do not worry, we have sent your order however please either contact us here or email us and we will supply the information asap.

Am I given a tracking number?
Following your order, you will be sent a tracking number with all shipping details to enable access to the whereabouts/update of your package.
Once you have received your tracking number, please wait up to 2 days for it to show up in the system.
Do you offer free shipping?
Our shipping is 100% FREE within the UK, Europe & the Rest of The World.
What are your processing times?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email and you are worried we may have not shipped your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly at checkout or it could be in your Junk/Important folder. Please Contact Us if any issues occur.
Problems:
My tracking number is showing up as unavailable?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your shipment to be shown in the system. Once your item is in transit, your tracking number will update automatically.
I have not been sent my tracking number?
In the event you cannot see a shipping confirmation including your tracking number show up in your email, please check the following areas.
